We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Lomax Window and Door. Initially, we were advised the installation would take about two days, but the crew completed our two-story home in just a day and a half, and they were finished before noon. This also included installing French doors in place of a sliding door, which turned out beautifully.
The workmanship was nothing short of perfect. Every single person on the team was respectful, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They showed up early and were meticulous with every window. I fully expected to come home to at least some dust or mess, but there was none. The care they took with our home truly impressed us.

We needed our old sliding door replaced in hurry as our current one broke. We also needed a custom doggie door in it. Called several places and the wait time and prices were discouraging to say the least. After speaking with Lomax windows we had our new door installed in half the time other companies said it would take and for a much more reasonable price. The process was effortless on our part. They showed up, removed old slider and installed new one with trim, and even trimmed our base boards to make it look perfect. Took less than 3 hours. We were so impressed that we plan on having them back for new windows.
Won't let me do a half star, but this is a four and a half star review. The windows we had installed looked absolutely beautiful. There were some imperfections on some of the windows, but the lifetime warranty covers their replacement. Lomax was graciously willing to file on our behalf and come out and do the replacement.
The individuals involved with this company will truly do what needs to be done to make their customers happy. There was a rocky road in the middle of our install and the installers were pulled off the job site leaving a huge mess behind them. I was contacted almost immediately after complaining online from a representative who truly wished to make this right. After clearing up all the miscommunication the job was finished beautifully and we were offered compensation in the form of a reduced bill.
If you are thinking about getting new windows installed check these guys out. They offer some other services as well that I will be hiring them for as well. We will also be doing the rest of the windows in our home. They earned my repeat buisness and they truly deserve yours.

Being Seniors, there were a few things we were unable to move & they helped! The install was neatly & professionally done, with cleanup done as they went!!! I live in a mobile home & they were very careful to prevent harming the walls! I couldn’t be happier with their work! I would recommend this company to everyone! 6 Windows replaced. Got 4 other bids for the job, Lomax windows had the best price. Took about 3 weeks to get the windows manufactured since our home is old with odd dimensions. The job took 3 hours to complete and it looks fantastic.
