Financing through Acorn

Lomax works with Acorn Finance so homeowners can check available financing offers for a window or door project. Financing is subject to the financing provider’s application process, approval, and written terms.

Payment schedule and ways to pay

A 10% deposit is due when you sign the contract. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Lomax accepts cash, check, and credit card. The current credit-card surcharge is 4%. Larger window projects can also be planned in stages rather than replacing every opening at once.

Start with a clear project estimate

Your estimate should identify the selected windows or doors and the installation work included. Standard installation normally includes removal and disposal, screens, trim, sealing and weatherproofing, installation, adjustment, and cleanup; stucco and drywall finish work are not included.

If an unforeseen condition requires extra work, Lomax discusses the work and cost with you and documents it in a change order before proceeding.
